Sandals Resorts International is set to complete its Saint Lucia reopening next month, Caribbean Journal has learned. Sandals will relaunch the Sandals Halcyon Beach resort in Saint Lucia on Jan. 15, according the company. Sandals has already reopened its other two all-inclusive resorts in Saint Lucia: the Sandals Grande St Lucian and Sandals Regency La Toc resorts.
