(Media Release) Gas prices change

THE PRICES OF THE LPG (COOKING GAS) CYLINDERS HAVE DECREASED.

In keeping with changes in international oil prices and government’s application of the modified market pass-through petroleum pricing mechanism, the retail prices of unleaded gasoline, diesel, and kerosene remain unchanged, while the retail prices for the liquid petroleum gas (LPG) 20-pound, 22-pound, and 100-pound cylinders have changed.

The price of gasoline remains unchanged at $2.80 per litre or $12.75 per gallon; the price of diesel remains unchanged at $2.80 per litre or $12.75 per gallon; and the price of kerosene remains unchanged at $1.79 per litre or $8.13 per gallon.

The price of the 20-pound (9.07 kg) cylinder decreased from $32.32 to $ 32.22 per cylinder; the

22-pound (9.98 kg) cylinder decreased from $35.83 to $35.72 per cylinder; and the 100-pound (45.36kg) cylinder decreased from 201.77 to $201.24 per cylinder.

The price changes take effect from Monday, Feb. 19. The retail prices of fuel products will be next adjusted on Monday, March 12.
