In keeping with changes in international oil prices and government’s application of the modified market pass-through petroleum pricing mechanism, the retail prices of unleaded gasoline, diesel, and liquid petroleum gas have changed.
The price of unleaded gasoline increased from $2.94 to $3.01 per litre or $13.35 to $13.70 per gallon. The price of diesel increased from $2.91 to $3.00 per litre or $13.23 to $13.65 per gallon. The prices of the 20, 22, and 100 pound liquid petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders increased from $32.53 to $32.80;
from $36.07 to $36.36; and from $204.42 to $207.07 per cylinder, respectively.
The retail price of kerosene remains unchanged at $1.88 per litre or $8.52 per gallon. The price changes take effect on Monday, May 14. The retail prices of fuel products will be next adjusted on Monday, June 4.
