1. Line Cook
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated individual for a role on our growing roti team as a line cook.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
● Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies for his/her workstation.
● Prepares food items according to assigned task. This may include but is not limited to chopping
vegetables, peeling potatoes, and preparing raw meat for stewing.
● Cooks food items to specified recipes and standards.
● Assists in preparation of Roti skins.
● Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food
and ensuring correct storage.
● Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
● Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
● Basic Knife Skills
● Basic Vegetable Peeling Skills
● Familiarity with the use of appropriate kitchen equipment
● Ability to lift, up 40 pounds for short periods of time
● Basic written and verbal communication skills
● Organizational skills
● Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
● Ability to work as a team member
● Follows directions and instructions
Education and Experience Requirements:
● One to two years of experience as a high-volume line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook. Hotel
experience is strongly preferred.
● Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
● Familiar with industry safety standards and best practices
Location: Beausejour
Shift: 4am – 12pm (Transportation provided)
Gross Salary: EC$1,200/month
2. Delivery Driver (Male / Female)
Delivery drivers serve a key customer facing role as they are the first line ambassadors for our
products. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for
providing exceptional customer service and developing relationships with a variety of customers
as a part of a fast-paced, dynamic sales team.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
● Ensure deliveries are made in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
● Maintain route expectations and standards set by managers
● Read invoices and delivery sheet to ensure appropriate products are delivered to each
customer in a designated time frame
● Assistance with Assembling customer orders as needed. This will include assistance in
loading and unloading products from an oven.
● Always work safely and notify the company of any safety and or mechanical related
issues immediately
● Maintain good communication and relations with internal and external customers
●Provide continuous improvement feedback and communication to management
● Work with and support customer service and sales teams to improve daily productivity
● Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries and collect payments from customers
● Assist with effectively managing returns processing
Delivery Driver
● Keep interior and exterior of truck clean and organized
● Report all mispicks/shorts to management
● Daily compliance with electronic driver logs
● May be required to attend company meetings on non-scheduled work days
○ May assist in warehouse when needed
○ May be required to flex hours to support all areas of the business
○ Additional duties as assigned by management
Delivery Driver Requirements & Skills
Must Possess a smartphone that is in good working and presentable condition as well as be proficient in its uses (apps, WhatsApp, email).
● Must Own a Vehicle to be able to get to work on a morning
● Must reside in the northern part of the island is a preference
● Must be able to work well independently and in the context of team environments
● Must have at least 5 years driving experience
● Must be 25 years and over
● Able to drive manual vehicle
● Strong understanding of customer service
● Excellent interpersonal skills to include friendly and professional demeanor
Delivery Driver
● Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record required
●Experience in a distribution and/or sales environment preferred
Location: Beausejour
Shift: 5:45am – 1:45pm
Gross Salary: EC$1,500/month
3. Steward
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable steward to join our team. As a steward, you will be
responsible for ensuring that the premises are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all
times. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all
areas including the production area, canteen, restrooms, and offices.
Job Title: Steward
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises including production areas, restrooms,
canteen, and offices.
• Follow the established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of
cleanliness.
• Use cleaning agents and equipment according to the safety guidelines and regulations.
• Dispose of waste and other materials in a safe and hygienic manner.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, sweepers, and
scrubbers.
• Report any equipment faults, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the relevant
department.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
• Must be literate.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
•Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work with cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, sweepers, and scrubbers.
• Ability to follow
safety protocols and procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
● Must reside in the northern part of the island.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
• Work in a food manufacturing environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and noise.
• Work in a team environment.
Steward Job Description Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable steward to join our team. As a steward, you will be
responsible for ensuring that the premises are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas
including the production area, canteen, restrooms, and offices.
