We are looking for an individual to fill this role for approximately twelve (12) months with a positive attitude, a keen sense of awareness and excellent communication skills.
Candidates must also be able to operate with discretion appropriate to the requirements of high-end hospitality operation and must have proven a track record of service excellence.

We are looking to fill the following fulltime positions Sous Chef
- Minimum of 8 years in the culinary department of a luxury hotel or restaurant and / or a culinary degree.
- Ability to work under pressure of organizing and attaining production schedules and timelines.
- Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
Refrigeration and Kitchen Technician
- High school graduate or SVG Technical College equivalent.
- Ability perform mechanical, plumbing and electrical repairs on kitchen equipment.
- Ability to read schematics
