Mandarin Oriental, Canouan is seeking persons to fill the Assistant IT Manager vacancy.
The assistant IT Manager will be assisting the IT Manager in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all multi-user computer systems and personal computers in the hotel.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years of experience in IT with 2 years of server experience in Luxury Hotels.
- Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, IPTV and VOIP.
- Network Understanding and Managing.
- Experience with and a broad understanding of implementing and managing complex technical projects with the ability to solve technical problems.
- Experience working in a team environment which includes vendor and contractor coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent knowledge of software and applications, including Windows; Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Exchange, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware software, Enterprise-level Call Tracking System.
