CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (NORTH)

- High school diploma or HIGHER
- Computer proficiency mandatory (Excel and Word).
- Strong Customer service and people skills
- Phone, email, and chat communication skills
- Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums
- Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale
- Motivation skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work and travel to multiple store locations (Beausejour and Castries)
- Design training or skills a plus.
- GREAT PERSONALITY AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Personality and positive attitude trumps experience. Helps if you have both!

INVENTORY SUPERVISOR
We are looking for an effective Inventory supervisor to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
What sets you apart?
- Proven experience as inventory supervisor or similar position
- Effective leadership skills and ability to manage staff
- Working knowledge of manual and electronic inventory management software
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- An analytical mind with strong math skills

- Reliable and trustworthy
