We are recruiting an experienced, engaging, and result-oriented Human Resources Manager to provide support, leadership, and guidance to the office.




Responsibilities:
A Human Resources Manager must be able to analyze and present information in such a way that is understood by everyone within the organization from the Chairman to the cleaning staff
Oversee hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, scheduling interviews, pre-employment tests, verifying results, and organizing training & development initiatives.
Facilitate new hire orientation and assist new employees with the onboarding and ensure proper completion of all required documents
Onboarding/Offboarding: Conduct new hire onboard/orientation and exit interview and undertake tasks around performance management.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees and maintain compliance with local Labour Code, benefits laws, and regulations
Address any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruiting, training, grievances, performance evaluations, terminations, and classifications
Work in liaison with Accounting Department to process weekly and monthly payroll including pay increases, new hires, incentive pay, etc.
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned




Preferred Skills:
BSc/BA in Human Resource Management or relevant field
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Management
Exceptional recruiting and employee retention skills
Exceptional organization skills and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Excellent presentation and computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
