Location: Hibiscus Valley Inn, Concord, Dominica
Employment: Fulltime, 6 days/week

Background characteristics required: You must have relevant experience, educational and/or work related. French or German speaking is an advantage.
Personal Characteristics required: You shall enjoy meeting people, learning new things, be punctual, self motivated, trustworthy, open, happy with a warm and friendly personality. You must be prepared and to be able to adapt to a challenging organizational culture with many unplanned and unforeseen circumstances.
Summary of position: To take part in the entire guest chain: attracting, delivering the service. You will handle bookings, accounts and financial record keeping, kitchen and inventory and organizing of tours as well as managing of staff under your position. You will also be supervising the tour activities in the Eco Village.
