Invest Saint Lucia presents an opportunity to interview for a Lease Abstractor position at Grow Resources Inc. Grow Resources Inc., a division of US based lease management software and services pioneer, Property Works, is actively recruiting to staff its new headquarters in Gros Islet. This highly specialized team of lease abstractors will be trained to interpret commercial real estate leases and input relevant data into a proprietary software management platform. All positions are full time and offer a competitive compensation package with top performers earning bonuses.
The ideal candidate will possess;
- An Associate's degree or higher
- Paralegal training would be an asset but not required
- The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent writing proficiency
- Aptitude in following established processes
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel.
