Goods Distribution - Front Office Administrator
A fast growing company in Rodney Bay requires a Front Office Administrator.
The Front Office Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front reception area. The job entails the promotion of company values, vision and goals, the maintenance of positive relationships and provision of good customer service.
Excellence in Service
- Promote and maintain the vision, mission and core values of the company.
- Show professionalism and excellence at every point of contact with clients, prospective clients and visitors.
- Make the first impression of the company dynamic, inspiring and enjoyable.
Reception Area Management
- Greet and create a positive, professional first impression of the company by telephone or personal contact.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Assisting customers on acquiring information related to products on sale.
- Answering phone calls promptly, courteously and giving callers required information.
- Respond and manage company e-mails.
- Ensure communication and marketing materials are organised.
- Other duties as necessary.
- Receiving of payments and issuing of receipts.
