VACANCY ALERT: STORE SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting a Store Supervisor for our Retail store in Baywalk. As a Store Supervisor, your responsibilities included but are not limited to:
- Supervision of the staff and ensuring adherence to company policies such as punctuality.
- Helping retail sales staff achieve sales target
- Utilizing POS system for Sales, receiving and transferring stock and generating reports.
- Overseeing stock control, maintenance of inventory and ensuring items are in stock.
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and healthy & safety are met.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years Managerial Experience.
- Must have strong communication skills, confidence and tactful, with good negotiation skills
- Good reading/comprehension skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer service experience is an asset
- Punctuality/ discipline is a must
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible working hours, based on Baywalk Mall scheduled opening hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and the POS system is an asset
- Knowledge of dutyfree trade and practice.
- Knowledge of perfumery and other designer products is an asset.
