Job Description
We are currently recruiting Market Research Officers. As an MRO your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Market research conducted by surfing the web, accessing Duty Free Industry, travel related products
- Responding promptly and accurately to research enquiries from associate group and customer inquiries related to DF Industry procuts
- Task assigned by phone/email and to provide necessary timely response/support through “Internet Based Market Research”
Qualifications
- Four O’Levels including English and Mathematics
- Must have strong communication skills
- Good reading comprehension skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft excel is required
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Punctuality/discipline is a must
