CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Food Express Limited is searching for an honest and reliable Customer Service Representative who can handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, while also delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude and is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

KEY FUNCTIONS
Receive sales orders and process sales orders
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
Prepare invoices, credit notes and quotations for customers using the POS software; Sage
Resolves product or service problems
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Five (5) CXC’s to include mathematics and English
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Professional attitude and ability to work as a team.
Neat, professional personal appearance
Time management skills with the ability to adjust priorities multitask and work under pressure
Ability to work a flexible work schedule inclusive of weekends
