The Windward Islands (WINERA) Packaging Ltd is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
To ensure that cash receipts are issued for all cash received on a daily basis, and to ensure preparation and posting of daily cash receipt vouchers.
To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
To answer the telephone in a professional and friendly manner and to direct all incoming calls
Responsible for the local sales of finished products and accounting for all cash received daily
To prepare and submit to customers, order confirmations with the expected delivery dates.
To provide support to the Trinidad Office and Sales Agents as required
To prepare price estimates, invoices and quotations
To monitor and process warehouse orders for inventory replenishment
To perform post sales service by liaising with customers regarding delivery and receipt of goods.
To develop and cultivate a strong sales relationship with customers.
To be considered for this position, candidates must be in possession of:
Associates Degree - Business Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years working in customer service or sales environment or similar position
DESIRABLE SKILLS OR ATTRIBUTES
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written skills)
Proficiency in the Microsoft (MS) Office suite, specifically Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task remaining calm and professional even in a pressurized customer service environment.
Excellent phone etiquette skills
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
Ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships at all levels
Good organisational skills, highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail
Conflict Resolution - Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
