Combined Insurance Services Ltd - Agents for Nagico Insurance, requires an ambitious and driven individual within our Sales Department to drive client engagement and business growth within our agency.
As a Sales Representative with CIS, you will conduct needs-based, consultative sales meetings to a wide range of individuals and independent business people while utilizing marketing tools and resources to generate new business.
The Sales Representative is also responsible for securing referrals, and delivering excellent customer service to existing policyholders and prospective customers alike. It is important to develop and maintain a professional presence as you would be a direct representation of CIS.
Job Requirements:
- Prior sales experience
- Outgoing and positive personality, with an ability to build relationships
- Ability to be self-motivated, goal-oriented and disciplined
- Strong work ethic
- Must be at least 30 years old
- Knowledge of General Insurance would be an asset
- Motor-vehicle ownership would be an asset
