Our growing department is looking for 2 individuals to fill in the position : Sous Chef
To run hotel Kitchen & Restaurant at a 5 star level:
We are looking for a Restaurant Sous Chef to run a 5 Star hotel restaurant, under the guidance of the Culinary Director.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualities.
  • 5 years’ experience in a 5 star hotel restaurant in a leadership role
  • Excellent cooking and administrative skills
  • H.A.C.C.P Certified
  • Strong cost control abilities
  • Creative - out of the box thinker
  • Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism
  • Willing to work long hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Leadership Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Stable and verifiable track record
  • Passionate about food preparation
  • Must be person of integrity
  • Diploma from a certified institution or experience to back up achievements
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
