Our growing department is looking for 2 individuals to fill in the position : Sous Chef
To run hotel Kitchen & Restaurant at a 5 star level:
We are looking for a Restaurant Sous Chef to run a 5 Star hotel restaurant, under the guidance of the Culinary Director.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualities.
- 5 years’ experience in a 5 star hotel restaurant in a leadership role
- Excellent cooking and administrative skills
- H.A.C.C.P Certified
- Strong cost control abilities
- Creative - out of the box thinker
- Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism
- Willing to work long hours including weekends and public holidays
- Leadership Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Stable and verifiable track record
- Passionate about food preparation
- Must be person of integrity
- Diploma from a certified institution or experience to back up achievements
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
