We are currently looking to recruit a Rental Sales Agent based in our Head Office location

As a Car Rental Sales Agent, you will work to provide excellent face to face customer service to our customers whilst working in a target driven sales setting.

This role is an exciting Sales and Customer Service position, where you will be given the chance to work in a fast paced environment that provides growth opportunities and a great team environment to deliver great service.

REQUIREMENTS:

Key Responsibilities of a Rental Sales Agent
• Providing brilliant face to face customer service to our customers
• Building relationships with customers, being first point of contact for new customers.
• Working towards daily/weekly targets to increase productivity/sales.
• Forming relationships with your colleagues to ensure smooth running of the company goal
• Managing customer queries to the best of your ability, whilst remaining professional at all times.
• Flexible working attitude, required to assist other areas of the department where needed.

What we are looking for

• CXCs in English and Mathematics or Associate Degree
• Prior experience working in the Car Rental Industry
• Previous experience working towards targets/within sales environment
• Excellent and Effective verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, co-workers and management.
• Professional attitude, and able to build rapport with customers
• Willing to work 6 days a week.
• Candidates must be 25 years or older and possess a valid Drivers License.
• Driving experience with a good driving history
• Must be willing to work outdoors
