- A Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and 2 years experience in a 4 - 5 Star Kitchen

Proficiency in preparing classic dishes in all categories including:
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- A focus on time and resource management
- The ability to engage kitchen staff through the fostering of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Software Applications
- Leadership and project execution expertise
