Real Foods Inc - Field Trainer
Primary Responsibility:
The Field Trainer is responsible for the full training of restaurant managers and team members in all aspects of restaurant operations.
SUMMARY OF MAIN DUTIES

- Improves knowledge and skills of Team Members and Management by identifying training needs.
- Effectively works with teams to plan and deliver training
- Shares relevant information with the Supervisors/Managers and Team Members to ensure timely communication and resolution.
- Stays abreast of new training techniques and company standards.
- Proactively records progress throughout the year and meaningfully participates in the performance evaluation.
- Monitors application of training in the workplace and takes appropriate action as needed
- Trains store management according to standard.
- Conducts in-store training for new hires and coaching for existing team members
- Makes recommendations for team member promotions/supervisory candidates based on observations in-store and certifications.
- Proactively identifies issues/problems focusing on process improvement and takes steps to resolve these.
- Monitors and advises management personnel on detailed cleaning, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Works collaboratively, openly, and effectively communicate with Restaurant General Managers and Commissary Management.
- Other duties related to the job.
Qualifying Requirements:
- A Diploma or Associates Degree in Business/ Management or Hospitality Studies with minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity
- A Valid Health Card (Would be an asset and speed up hiring process)
- Valid Driver’s License (Must be Mobile)
