Southern Taxi Association - Transfer Agent
The Southern Taxi Association is seeking a suitably qualified person to join our team in the capacity of Transfer Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with taxi drivers, customers, and industry partners while ensuring that the Association services are seamlessly provided.
- Proper recording of customer and driver account information
- Ensuring a quick resolution of service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best way to resolve the problem and to do so expeditiously
- Liaise with immediate supervisor and the management committee
