As IBS continues its regional expansion across the OECS, we are seeking a driven, commercially astute Sales Executive to join our high-performance team and help write the next chapter of our growth story.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a solutions-selling environment, can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals, and is capable of translating client needs into tailored technology, safety, and enterprise service solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building long-term client relationships, strengthening IBS’s market presence, and contributing to the company’s regional growth strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, systems integration, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT solutions, enterprise systems, or safety/security systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s lisence and willingness to travel within Saint Lucia and across OECS territories as required.

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience selling Managed Services, IT infrastructure, or fire detection and life safety systems.
  • Familiarity with the Caribbean business landscape, particularly within OECS markets. • Existing network of contacts within commercial, government, hospitality, or construction sectors in the region.
  • Experience preparing formal tenders, government RFPs, or large-scale project proposals.
  • Technical certification or training in IT, networking, cybersecurity, or fire/safety systems.

-Regional Agility; Comfortable with cross-border travel and culturally attuned to the diversity of OECS markets.

-Commercial Acumen; Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and value propositions in a competitive B2B environment.
