CONCIERGE SUPERVISOR
The successful candidate will join the Club Sandals Team and be accountable for providing the highest level of
personalized service for Club Sandals Concierge guests from welcome to departure. Accountable for providing
the highest level of personalized service for Concierge guests from welcome to departure. He/she coordinates
all onsite and offsite services for guests (check-in, restaurant, tours, spa etc.) in one exclusive location.
Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
Ensures organization’s goal, mission and vision are communicated to the Junior Concierge team
and are being realized within the operations.
Ensures service excellence is consistently practiced.
Participates in regularly scheduled meetings of Concierge team members.
Inspects guest rooms in partnership with Housekeeping to ensure acceptable standards are
maintained and liaises with F&B regarding in-room amenities, dietary needs, special occasions and
food preferences.
Reviews Guest Complaint Log/Guest Information Log (guest history) and actions accordingly.
Resolves guest challenges quickly, efficiently and courteously.
Qualifications and Experience:
Associates Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Business Management or equivalent.
Certification from a recognised vocational/technical institution in relevant field.
