Job Title: Store Attendant
We are currently seeking a diligent individual to take the helm as Store Attendant who is experienced as a sales agent, detail-oriented with strong bookkeeping skills with KRAFT KREATIONS. The successful candidate will oversee the seamless running of the KRAFT KREATIONS Store. The ideal candidate will manage sales, day-to-day operational, manage financial transactions and inventory management to ensure optimal customer service for business growth.Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order new inventory, and manage stock control. Effective monitoring of inventory levels to ensure items are in stock while avoiding excess stock items on hand.
- Bookkeeping: Handle cash transactions, bank deposits, prepare daily financial reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all expenses
- Post all transactions to QuickBooks
- Sales and Promotions: Implement strategies to meet sales and performance targets, organize promotional events, and achieve sales targets.
- Compliance: Ensure store operations comply with company operational policies.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare reports on banking deposits, sales, and inventory. Coordinate store operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Track store’s financial performance and report to senior management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- A minimum of two years of Sales experience in a retail environment
- Knowledge of store operations including merchandising, inventory, and sales.
- Exceptional teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
