About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in construction management, architecture, or technical design to support the successful delivery of renovation and building projects. This is a temporary-to-permanent role, offering the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven, and skilled in managing documentation, schedules, and communication across multiple teams. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure every project phase runs smoothly – from design coordination through to operations. Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare construction materials for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate the planning, documentation, and execution of construction and design tasks.
- Maintain organized project records, drawings, correspondence, and reports.
- Assist with updating AutoCAD drawings, Revit/BIM models, and visual aids.
- Support project budgeting.
- Help maintain project schedules, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Facilitate project communication with follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project activities and progress, reporting to key team members.
- Support quality control by reviewing documentation and ensuring accuracy.
- Help coordinate communication between teams and workflow processes to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM concepts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow up proactively.
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or coursework experience in architectural or construction projects.
- Basic understanding of scheduling tools (MS Project, Trello, or similar).
- Experience coordinating renovation or interior construction projects.
Working Conditions
- Office or hybrid environment depending on project needs.
- Must have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and be comfortable on-camera for virtual meetings and coordination.
- Flexibility for occasional extended hours during key project phases.
