Blue Horizon Media is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who specializes in on-location tour support to join our team! At Blue Horizon Media, we believe that photography and experiences should capture more than just a place-they should capture how it feels to be there. We need someone who can bring that philosophy to life on the ground with our clients and guests.
What You’ll Be Doing:
– On-Location Tour Support: Act as the primary on-site presence during tours, photo shoots, and special events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and clients feel completely cared for.– Client Experience & Hospitality: Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide top-tier support against the backdrop of St. Lucia’s stunning landscapes, coastline, and waters.
– Seamless Coordination: Work closely with our media and photography teams on location to coordinate guest flow, manage schedules, and elevate the overall client experience.
