Job Title: Administrative & Marketing Associate
Location: Location: 100% In-Office (St. Lucia)
Reports to: Wayne Daniel, CPA (CAFCS – U.S. Operations)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and creative Administrative &
Marketing Associate to support our firm’s daily operations and marketing activities across St. Lucia and the U.S.
This is an administration-first role, with creative and digital marketing responsibilities that support business visibility and branding initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable working in a
fast-paced, fully in-person office environment, while collaborating virtually with the U.S. office on screens and digital platforms. The role requires strong administrative judgment and follow-through, paired with the ability to execute digital marketing and design tasks using established brand standards and tools.
You will support leadership with administrative coordination while contributing to the firm’s digital presence through content creation, social media management, and the design of
branded materials using Google Workspace (G Suite) and Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). The candidate must bring initiative to both creative and operational tasks and manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management, including
scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. - Assist with event planning, stakeholder coordination, and on-site event support.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, project trackers, and internal
communication channels. - Prepare professional reports, presentations, and internal documents using Google
Workspace (G Suite).

- Support business development and operational initiatives, including contact
database maintenance, follow-ups, and status tracking. - Serve as a point of administrative coordination between CAFCS and Wayne Daniel,
CPA U.S. Operations.
Creative & Digital Marketing
- Support social media and digital communications by preparing and posting content
aligned with firm branding and messaging. - Create marketing materials, graphics, and internal visuals using Adobe Creative Suite
(illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva. - Direct email marketing and ad campaigns using Mailchimp, Constant Contact,
Yelp, and Google My Business. - Assist with scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and compiling basic
performance metrics. - Support website updates, newsletters, and digital announcements as directed.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials and digital
platforms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design,
Business Administration, or equivalent experience. - Proven administrative or office support experience in a professional environment.
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using digital design tools, including Adobe
Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva. - Ability to independently create clean, professional, on-brand materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
priorities. - Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, scheduling
platforms, and shared drives. - Professional, dependable, and comfortable working full-time in an in-office setting.
Flexibility to work extended hours (12-14 hours occasionally) during events or
time-sensitive deliverables.

Preferred Additional Experience
- Experience in brand management or digital campaign strategy.
- Experience coordinating with cross-border teams or professional services
environments. - Basic video editing or animation skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Ability to travel to the U.S. for training or events (a plus, not a requirement).
Working Conditions & Expectations
- 100% in-office role based in St. Lucia.
- Professional office environment requiring punctuality, discretion, and confidentiality.
- May involve event coverage and stakeholder interaction.
- Regular onscreen collaboration with the U.S. office using digital platforms and
virtual meeting tools. - Expected to support CAFCS & Wayne Daniel, CPA U.S. Operations with administrative
coordination and marketing execution. - Consistent adherence to brand standards, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Compensation
