Job Summary The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams by organizing schedules, resources, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role is critical for maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project timelines and calendars.
Schedule meetings and coordinate tasks among team members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.
Prepare and distribute status reports to stakeholders.
Maintain project plans, budgets, and scope documents.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all project-related materials.
Assist in resource allocation and procurement.
Monitor availability and utilization of resources.
Track milestones and deliverables.
Identify potential risks and escalate issues promptly.
Help monitor project budgets and expenses.
Assist with financial reporting and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
