Customer Service Officer Vacancy Notice
We are a retail business looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The role would be suitable for an experienced Customer Service Officer who has worked in a retail environment.
As a Customer Service Officer you will:
- Meet and greet all customers.
- Drive sales results through excellent customer service and daily interaction with customers
- Assist customers in finding their choice of products as well as informing of store promotions and notices
- Process all customer payments including returns, refunds in accordance with company policy.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate must have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A warm approachable manner
- Be a team player
- Practices strong work ethics
- At least two years experience as a Customer Service Officer
