Automobile Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters
  • Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage
  • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
  • Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs
  • Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs

Heavy Equipment Operator

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate various pieces of large equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations
  • Ensure proper operation of equipment by performing regular checks on their functionality
  • Document regular maintenance checks to maintain adequate records of equipment performance
  • Provide preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operating properly
  • Regularly clean equipment to preserve its quality and functionality

Heavy Duty Mechanic

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Tests mechanical products and equipment after their repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications
  • Repairs and replace damaged or worn parts
  • Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment in order to diagnose defects
  • Diagnoses faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles
  • Schedules maintenance for machines and equipment and keep equipment service records


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review damaged reports, prepare cost estimate and work plan
  • Realign vehicle frames and chassis to repair structural damage
  • Hammer out or patch dents, dimples and other minor body damage
  • Fit, attach and weld replacement parts into place
  • Install windows, windshields, lights and other vehicle body parts
  • Grind, sand, buff and prime, refurbished and repaired surfaces
  • Apply pain finish to restored body

Mechanical Electrician

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary
  • Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintain at high quality
  • Ensure high level technical support to lower level technicians
  • Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures
  • Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards

Mechanical Welder

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform welding tasks from various departments
  • Analyze defective equipment and identify appropriate defective equipment and replace new and fabricated parts as required
  • Manage work with help of manual welding machines and melt metals for various processes
  • Monitor all welding processes and ensure absence of any shrinkage and distortion to materials
  • manage welding work and ensure compliance to all specifications to perform required work

Structural Welder

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lays out, positions and secures parts and assembles according to specifications
  • Tack-welds or welds components and assembles, using electric, gas, arc or other welding equipment
  • Assess equipment condition to verify they are in good working order and to facilitate repairs in case of a defect or damage
  • Facilitate the design, lay out, and fabrication of metal framework for commercial and industrial buildings

Electrical Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently repair electrical systems
  • Work rapidly without compromising quality in order to minimize down times
  • Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality
  • Troubleshoot all problems effectively, performing quality lasting repairs
  • Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed
  • Log all services and report progress to management
  • Maintain all equipment in excellent working order
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Mechanical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
  • Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew
  • Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information
  • Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
  • Research, design, evaluate, install, operate and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles

Electrical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems for which purpose has been identified
  • Confer with management and customers to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products
  • Install electrical components, machines and gadgets
  • Maintain company’s machines as well as conduct troubleshooting and repairs whenever there is a breakdown
  • Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements
