Human Resource Administrator The Role To act as the liaison between the HR manager and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. To assist with the processing of payroll. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. The Candidate
- An Associate’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management plus at least (2) two years’ experience in HR administration.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
- Must be adept at numerical data.
- Must be able to analyze data and must be through with great attention to detail.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and to use time efficiently.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Must be approachable, have personal credibility and integrity.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Must be confidential and trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and must have great data entry skills.
- Must have a sound knowledge of the laws governing the employment relationship.
