English Description: 
The Global Field Support Level II contributes to the success of the Information Services Delivery/Support function by installing, supporting, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting the hardware and software pertaining to one or more of the Company’s voice, data and desktop technology platforms.

Requirement Note: 
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a mid-size technology diverse, multitasking environment
  • One year in a role where the primary responsibility is technology support and implementation
  • A+ Certification, equivalent industry experience
  • Technical school diploma, MCSE would be a definite advantage
  • Proficient understanding of two of the three technology platforms re:  voice, data, desktop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must understand standard project management methodology and perform tasks as outlined in project plans.
  • Must have a customer service mentality for both internal and external customers.
