We are looking for an experienced Field Technician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining Electrical Infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities & Duties
Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and

2) Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

10) Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material — Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects on projects and report findings to Supervisor.
11) Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with work colleagues, superiors and clients in a professional manner and maintaining them over time.
12) Communicating with Persons Outside Organization — Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
13) Coordinating the Work and Activities with Team Members -assisting team members to work together to accomplish tasks.

Skills Needed for: “Infrastructural Electrician”
1) Installation — Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
2) Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
3) Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
4) Troubleshooting — Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
5) Equipment Selection — Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
6) Time Management — Managing one’s own time and the time of others.
7) Mathematics — Using mathematics to solve problems.
8) Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
9) Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively.
10) Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be in good physical condition, to grasp, turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Must be a pro-active individual that can manage time / resource effectively
- Must be able to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials.
- Well-groomed and maintain excellent hygiene.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor, excellent analytical skills.
- Certificate of Diploma in Electrical Installation or similar
- Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word Software for maintaining daily logs.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of Electrical Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good working knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.
- Wireman’s license would be an asset.
Other Requirements
- A valid Driver’s License with minimum traffic violation.
