We are looking for an experienced Field Technician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining Electrical Infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities & Duties

9) Scheduling Work and Activities – To adhere to Scheduled Work Project Events with IBS clients.

10) Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material — Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects on projects and report findings to Supervisor.

11) Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with work colleagues, superiors and clients in a professional manner and maintaining them over time.

12) Communicating with Persons Outside Organization — Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.

13) Coordinating the Work and Activities with Team Members -assisting team members to work together to accomplish tasks.

25) Thinking Creatively — Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions to work projects where necessary.

Skills Needed for: “Infrastructural Electrician”

1) Installation — Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.

2) Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

3) Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

4) Troubleshooting — Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

5) Equipment Selection — Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.

6) Time Management — Managing one’s own time and the time of others.

7) Mathematics — Using mathematics to solve problems.
