Customer Service Agents Needed – VELOX PERFORMANCE
*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH DAY AND NIGHT SHIFT TILL 9/10 PM*
We are seeking detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Customer Service agents to join our growing team.
**Customer Service Agent Requirements and Qualifications**
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable answering calls and talking to new people all day
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service field is preferred but NOT required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
  • Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure
