Vacancy – Office Administrator
Looking to fill the position of Office Administrator for a small home-based business in the North
of the Island. Duties will typically include various clerical tasks, data entry, organizing files, and
assisting with payroll, in addition to answering the phone.



Skills & Experience required:
– Experience with QuickBooks Online would be an asset, training will be provided
– Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word
– Basic understanding and experience using Google Suite
– Verbal and written communication skills
– Must be able to work with little to no supervision
– Be very organized and detail oriented
– Planning and Scheduling skills is an asset
