Vacancy – Office Administrator
Looking to fill the position of Office Administrator for a small home-based business in the North
of the Island. Duties will typically include various clerical tasks, data entry, organizing files, and
assisting with payroll, in addition to answering the phone.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online would be an asset, training will be provided
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic understanding and experience using Google Suite
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision
- Be very organized and detail oriented
- Planning and Scheduling skills is an asset
- Must be a quick learner
