St. Lucia Helicopters Ltd is seeking motivated, customer-focused, and reliable team players, to join its team of dedicated staff at its Castries location for the position of:

Dispatcher/ Ground Handler

Qualifications/Abilities:

· Minimum qualifications: CSEC Mathematics and English passes with grades 1-3 or equivalent.

· Excellent communication and interpretation skills

· Strong command of written and spoken English.

· Proven customer service skills, experience working in the tourism or aviation industry would be an asset

· Ability to work effectively within a team

· Preferred age range: 24- 38

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

· Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ experience

· Driver’s License with endorsement to drive manual 3-10 ton trucks would be an asset

· Clean Police Record

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Service:

Welcome and assist clients; address inquiries professionally; resolve issues promptly; ensure a positive customer experience.

· Helicopter Flight Dispatch and Ground Handling:

Load and unload passengers; escort passengers between terminal and helicopters; communicate closely with pilots and ground crew; assist with flight scheduling and coordination; support safe, timely, and efficient helicopter operations.
