Vacancy – Cook, Waitress/Bartender & Shift Leader

Caribbean Restaurant and Bar in the North is seeking to fill the following positions;

COOK

• Must have previous experience in restaurants or hotel kitchens
• Is able to work independently
• Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines
• Sound knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques
• Well versed in the development of flavours and plating
• Clean police record

WAITRESS/ BARTENDER

• Must have previous experience in restaurants or hotels
• 25 years and older
• Is able to work independently and multitask
• Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines
• Knowledge of cocktails and spirits
• Clean police record
• Able to work varied shifts
• Able to converse clearly with patrons

SHIFT LEADER

• Must have previous experience in the hospitality industry as a supervisor
• Is able to work independently
• Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines
• Focused and motivated
• Able to implement and maintain standards
• Knowledge of basic accounting
• Able to multitask and support the team members
• Clean police record
