ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
Invest Saint Lucia (ISL) is seeking to employ an Administrative Clerk to provide administrative, customer service and front desk support at our Castries location.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide professional and friendly reception to all persons who visit or call ISL’s offices;
Answer and direct customer calls, record and deliver messages;



Prepare, draft, update, record and distribute correspondence such as letters, leases, contracts, reports;
Perform data entry;
Schedule meetings, take minutes, follow through on action lists;
Provide general administrative support to other ISL departments as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of Sir Arthur Lewis Community College – office administration or related programme;
Must have at least 5 O ‘Level subjects including Mathematics and English Language with minimum Grade II in each of these subjects;
Knowledge of office procedures, customer service, telephone etiquette;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and Access;
Ability to use office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, dymo machine;
Effective oral and written communication skills;
Interpersonal skills;
Typing skills, accuracy;
Professionalism, customer service, integrity;
Outgoing friendly personality;
Ability to function effectively within a team;
Ability to speak creole would be an asset.



REMUNERATION
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
