Manage coordination and communication between support and business functions (Loans, Accounting, Operations)

  1. Responsible for maintaining all staff vacation and sick leave records
  2. Responsible for ensuring that the Deposit and Share Ledger are in balance on a monthly basis (by using Insync in Emortelle)
  3. Mining the database to track inactivity in the Ledgers and to ensure that dormant accounts are intact.
  4. Supervise the Administrative Assistant in Maintaining all member files and ensuring that all members’ information and records are accurately and neatly maintained and filed so that information and data can be easily retrieved
  5. Ensuring that internal transfers and standing instructions by members are properly and timely maintained and that members are alerted when funds are insufficient for the arranged transactions.
  6. Responsible for ensuring that all salary deduction forms are accurately completed and that a follow-up system is in place for the return of these documents.
  7. Ensuring that all policies are strictly adhered to
  8. Assist with the cross and up selling of the Credit Union’s products and services
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager
  10. Team Player , Strong Work Ethic, Leadership Skills, Punctuality, Ability to work under pressure, Flexibility
  11. Ensuring that the compliance officer is duly and discreetly notified of any suspicious activities as it relates to the MLA and the RSLPCU’S policies.
  12. Responsible for marking off tellers on a daily basis.
  13. Responsible for Loan Administration

  1. AML Certified/trained (Document must be presented)
  2. Experience in Compliance
  3. Familiarity with Co-operative Society’s Act
  4. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in any related job field.
  5. 4 years’ experience in the respective job position
