THE ROLE
- To work alongside other Brand Managers to assist in the development and implementation of sales and distribution strategies for specific brands that would lead to the maximization of sales and distribution on behalf of the company and its principles.
THE CANDIDATE
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or a related area, plus at least 1 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Must be passionate about sales and building strong relations.
- Must have an engaging manner and an ability to listen actively, using diplomacy and clear logic to influence and persuade.
- Must have the capacity for leadership and decision making.
- Must have strong time management, planning and organizing ability.
- Must have a proven ability to work well with teams as well as the ability to work independently.
- Experience in Microsoft office, particularly Excel is a necessity.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
- Must be adept at numerical data.
- Must be able to analyze data and must be thorough with great attention to detail.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and to use time efficiently.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in project management will be an asset.
