Position:
Operations Systems Analyst
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to undertake all aspects of BIrchstreet E-procurement implementation, the development of purchasing policies and procedures as well as training staff on the use of the system. This position reports to the CFO with a dotted line to the General Manager.




Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support the implementation of Birchstreet e-procurement system (BSS).
Liaise with BSS regarding all requirements pre-install.
Advise on best practices pertaining to the use of the system.
Provide additional and ongoing training to staff on aspects relative to their positions and departments.
Provide constant feedback to the Human Resources Manager on staff performance on BSS.
Be the go-to person on all things Birchstreet
Collaborate with BSS project team to ensure a smooth implementation
Be the liaison between the hotels and BSS post implementation
Provide recommendations on BSS procedural improvements across the company.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of BIrchstreet experience in a hotel environment – Mandatory.




Birchstreet Implementation experience - Mandatory
Staff Training Experience in Birchstreet – Highly desirable
Understanding of Hotel Operations – Highly Desirable
Caribbean Work Experience – Highly Desirable
Strong Leadership Qualities – An Asset
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Compensation:
