The Government of Saint Lucia has made the following decisions to protect the health and security of the nation.
Effective March 17, travel restrictions have been extended to persons with a travel history within the last 14 days from Spain, Mainland France, Germany, Iran and the United Kingdom. Travel restrictions are also in place on non-nationals from Mainland China, Hong Kong, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Italy, and Singapore.
Any national returning to Saint Lucia with a travel history to any countries mentioned above will be quarantined for 14 days.
In addition, cruise vessels will not be allowed to berth at Saint Lucia’s ports from March 16, for the next 30 days. All yachting and pleasure craft calls into saint Lucia will be suspended with immediate effect.
Saint Lucia has also strengthened its protocols for screening visitors arriving at both the air and sea ports. The Department of Health and Wellness discourages all non-essential travel to the places listed above.
