• Identify sales opportunities for existing, new and potential clients through awareness of client’s activities and needs.
• Identify new potential clients, by cold calling, development of leads through referral channels, or through personal and professional networking.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media accounts that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Prepare service proposals tailored to clients’ needs.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Make and pursue collection calls to debtors.
• Provide required support for HR projects and programs.
• Maintain accurate company records.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Experience:

• Diploma in Business Administration /Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years’ experience in a competitive sales environment.
• Account Management and Solution Selling Methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (MS Project/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
