We are looking to fill the following position:
Credit Manager
  • The Credit Manager provides direct support to the relationship team by working within their assigned portfolio, with responsibility for the delivery of credit solutions to both existing and new clients and accountability for the effective delivery of governance, risk management, controls and compliance within their area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the credit quality of assigned portfolio, completing analysis of client requests, preparation and submission of credit applications and with top quality risk control - ensuring compliance with Bank credit quality standards.
  • Monitor and control end to end credit process for new loans, conducting reviews of the facilities as required.
  • Provides guidance to team members on new and existing credit applications, risks, issues and mitigants, pricing that achieves appropriate risk/reward targets and on overall credit appetite for client.
  • Takes an active role in the delivery of risk management and compliance within the Bank’s Internal Control and Assurance Framework including adherence to the Bank’s MAL and KYC standards.
  • Accountable for the customer experience.
About You
  • Graduate status with AICB or accounting/professional qualification
  • Proven credit analysis skills and experience
  • Previous Corporate business lending skill sand experience
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of cash flow analysis and financial modeling capabilities
  • Thorough knowledge of operational risk policies and procedures, compliance and fraud prevention, regulatory and bank prudential limits
