Villa C’est la Vie is looking for a capable and creative Part-time Housekeeper with a primary responsibility for C’est la Vie’s housekeeping and laundry services.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Casa Lucia – C’est la Vie – Part-time Housekeeper
Report to: Villa Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attentive to detail
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Must be able to work alone and as part of a team OR within a team
- Advanced knowledge of housekeeping techniques
- Working quickly without compromising quality
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
