St. Lucia Helicopters Ltd is seeking individuals who are driven team players, customer oriented, trustworthy, reliable and punctual to join its team of dedicated staff at its Castries and Soufriere locations.

• Dispatcher/ Ground Handler

Qualifications/Abilities:

Minimum qualifications: CSEC Mathematics and English passes with grades 1-3 or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpretation skills

Good written and spoken English.

Excellent customer service skills, experience working in the tourism industry would be an asset

Ability to work well within a team

Preferred age range: 24- 38

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years’ experience

Driver’s License with endorsement to drive manual 3-10 ton trucks would be an asset

Key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Representative: Meet, greet and provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Helicopter Flight Dispatcher: Plane and deplane passengers, escort passengers between terminal and helicopters, communicate closely with pilots and ground crew and coordinate flight scheduling, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient operations.
