Senior Manager – Corporate Banking Services

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Senior Manager – Corporate Banking Services contributes to the Bank’s strategic planning and directs the execution of the Bank’s Corporate Banking Strategy. He/she manages corporate banking relationships in a manner that supports business growth; leads operational risk management; ensures the highest levels of customer service; ensures compliance with the Bank’s guidelines, procedures and controls; effectively drives sales of banking products and services through the Bank’s officers and managers; contains costs and drives revenue to achieve set targets and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• A combination of a first degree and post graduate qualification in Banking, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Corporate and Investment Banking. • A minimum of six (6) years’ experience at a management level.
• Ability to analyze financial data.
• Knowledge of banking policies and practices including laws relating to banking. • Knowledge of lending principles and credit risk management.
• Investment knowledge and financial reporting experience will be an asset.
